Worst case operating conditions definition

Worst case operating conditions means the conditions of operation which result in the maximum VOC emission rate for any hour period for a continuous operation or the maximum VOC batch cycle emission rate for a batch operation, considering any enforceable limitations on the operation including those set forth in any applicable rule or regulation, permit, or operating certificate.

  • Normal Operating Conditions means those Service conditions which are within the control of Grantee.   • Base Operating Costs means Operating Costs for the calendar year specified as the Base Year in the Basic Lease Information (excluding therefrom, however, any Operating Costs of a nature that would not ordinarily be incurred on an annual, recurring basis).
