WorkSafeBC Regulations definition

WorkSafeBC Regulations means the WCA, and all regulations thereunder, as amended or re- enacted from time to time;
WorkSafeBC Regulations means the Workers Compensation Act (British Columbia) including all regulations and directives enacted or issued from time to time pursuant to that Act, all as amended or replaced from time to time. 1.2 Headings The headings appearing in this Agreement are for convenience of reference only and in no way define, limit or enlarge the scope or meaning of any provision. 1.3 RFP Defined Terms All other terms not defined above will have the meanings given to them in the RFP. 2.0 Contract Documents The terms and conditions of the Contract Documents, whether or not actually attached to this Form of Agreement will govern the terms of this Agreement. The Contract Documents are complementary, and what is called for by any one will be as binding as if called for by all. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between any of the terms and conditions within these Contract Documents, the provisions of the Contract Documents will take precedence and govern in the following priority:
WorkSafeBC Regulations means the Workers Compensation Act (British Columbia) and all regulations enacted pursuant to this Act, including without limitation and by way of example only, the Occupational Health & Safety Regulation, all as amended or re-enacted from time to time.
