Works Order definition

Works Order. ( 施 工 通 知 ) means a notice issued by or on behalf of an employer to a contractor under a term contract, by which the employer requires construction operations to be carried out.
Works Order means an order under section 45 (1).
Works Order means the Customer's order for the Works in the form attached to these Conditions.

  • Acceptance of the Works order / Purchase Order will be deemed as effective from the date of issue of Works Order / Purchase Order.

More Definitions of Works Order

Works Order means an order issued by the Agency, making reference to the Contract, to purchase the Services.
