Works Completion Certificate definition

Works Completion Certificate means the certificate issued by the Authority pursuant to with Clause 11.5 of this Contract on the Completion Date;
Works Completion Certificate means the certificate issued under the Sub-clause 14.4 [Works Completion Certificate]. 1.1.91 Amend by inserting the following new Sub-Clause at the end of Sub-Clause 1.1.90:

  • For avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that the entire or any section of the Works would be considered as complete when the execution of such Works under this Contract is complete in all respect and accepted by the Authority for the purpose of issuing the Works Completion Certificate in respect of those Works.

  • The issue of any Certificate of Service Availability and/or Off-Site Works Completion Certificate will in no way affect the obligations of PPP Co. under this Project Agreement in respect of any Defects.

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • Exemption Certificate is defined in clause (e) of Section 4.6.

  • Substantial Completion means the stage in the progress of the work as determined and certified by the Contracting Officer in writing to the Contractor, on which the work (or a portion designated by the Government) is sufficiently complete and satisfactory. Substantial completion means that the property may be occupied or used for the purpose for which it is intended, and only minor items such as touch-up, adjustments, and minor replacements or installations remain to be completed or corrected which:

  • Certificate of Completion means the certificate of completion given by the Engineer-in-charge pursuant to clause 40 of these conditions;

  • Perfection Certificate is defined in Section 5.1.

  • Special Contract Attachments means any attachment to this Contract.

  • Project Completion means completion of the Redevelopment in accordance with this Agreement to the state where the whole of the Xxxxxx Shopping Centre, as so redeveloped, is capable of occupation for its intended purpose;
