Working Plans definition

Working Plans means final design plans of facilities, detailed construction
Working Plans means the final working plans and specifications prepared by or for Tenant (including, without limitation, the Systems Plans) for the work to be performed by Tenant in the Demised Premises, which Working Plans shall contain sufficient detail and shall be otherwise suitable in all respects for submission to the building department of the Village of Xxxxx Stream to obtain a building permit. Working Plans shall be consistent with the Space Plans approved by Landlord.
Working Plans means the final working drawings, plans and specifications (including the Mechanical System Plans) for all work to be performed by Tenant in the Suite LL2-34 Expansion Space, as prepared by Tenant’s Architect and tenant’s Engineer which shall be based upon and in accordance with the Space Plans, and which shall contain sufficient detail and shall be otherwise suitable in all respects for submission to the building department of the City of Chicago to obtain a building permit.

More Definitions of Working Plans

Working Plans means the permitable working drawings, plans and specifications for all of Landlord's Work, as approved by Tenant, (other than for shell construction which is described in Exhibit C-1) which approval Tenant will not unreasonably withhold or delay. The Working Plans shall comply with those specifications set forth on Schedule One attached hereto.
