Working Cell Bank definition

Working Cell Bank means a vialed collection of serially subcultivated cells generated by or on behalf of Trubion that is derived from the *** and/or the ***, as the context requires. The Working Cell Bank is used to establish seed cultures of the related Cell Line to initiate the Manufacturing Process.
Working Cell Bank means a culture of cells derived from the Master Cell Bank and intended for use in the preparation of cell cultures used for production of Virus Seeds and/or Vaccines.

More Definitions of Working Cell Bank

Working Cell Bank or “WCB” and “Master Cell Bank” or “MCB” means the clonal cell line that has been designed and engineered to produce a recombinant protein which is further defined in a Work Order. A WCB or MCB can either be supplied to Xxxxxxxxxx by Dyax or be prepared by Xxxxxxxxxx as further defined in a Work Order.
