Working Capital Warrants definition

Working Capital Warrants shall have the meaning given in the Recitals hereto.
Working Capital Warrants means any Warrants held by Investors, officers or directors of the Company or their affiliates which may be issued in payment of working capital loans made to the Company.

Working Capital Warrants means the warrants held by Investors, officers or directors of the Company or their affiliates which may be issued in payment of working capital loans made to the Company.

Working Capital Warrants means up to 1,500,000 warrants held by the Sponsor, the officers or directors of the Company or their respective affiliates which may be issued in repayment of working capital loans made to the Company.
