Working Capital Shortfall Amount definition

Working Capital Shortfall Amount means the amount, if any, by which the Working Capital Target Amount exceeds the Closing Working Capital Amount.
Working Capital Shortfall Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.12.
Working Capital Shortfall Amount is defined in Section 2.5(d)(i).
