Working Capital Requirements definition

Working Capital Requirements means the requirements of any Local Agency for funds to be used by, or on behalf of, such Local Agency for any purpose for which such Local Agency may borrow money pursuant to Section 53852 of the California Government Code.
Working Capital Requirements means, with respect to any time, the requirement that the Company have an amount of cash at such time equal to six weeks of the Company’s operating expenses, as reasonably determined by the Distribution Committee, that may be applied to the working capital requirements of the Company (determined in light of expenditures contemplated by the Approved Budget), provided that such amount shall exclude cash held by the Company to meet regulatory requirements (if any).
Working Capital Requirements means all Transaction Costs and, without duplication, all other amounts reasonably required by the Company to fund operational expenses incurred by it in the ordinary course of business, including, without limitation, payables (including payables that are past due on the Closing Date), costs of deferred maintenance (even if such costs are required to be capitalized under GAAP) and other capital expenditures relating to park improvements.

More Definitions of Working Capital Requirements

Working Capital Requirements means the requirements of any Public Agency for funds to be used by, or on behalf of, such Public Agency for any purpose for which such Public Agency may borrow money pursuant to Section 53852 of the Government Code of the State of California.
Working Capital Requirements shall not include funds required for retirement of Orange-Madison patron equity.
