Working Capital Rate definition

Working Capital Rate has the meaning specified in Section 8.2.4.2.
Working Capital Rate means a floating rate of interest which is equal to -------------------- two and three-quarters percent (2.75%) per annum over LIBOR. The Working Capital Rate shall be adjusted on and as of the effective date of each weekly change in LIBOR. More Definitions of Working Capital Rate

  • Working Capital Advance has the meaning specified in Section 2.01(c).
