Working Capital Debt definition

Working Capital Debt means debt incurred to finance nursing facility operating costs, but does not include debt incurred to acquire or refinance a capital asset or to refund or refinance debt associated with acquiring a capital asset.
Working Capital Debt has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.4 (Working Capital Debt).
Working Capital Debt means senior secured or unsecured Indebtedness (which, if secured, shall constitute Senior Debt), under one or more working capital facilities, for working capital purposes (including in the forms of undrawn commitments, outstanding indebtedness and the issuance of letters of credit from time to time).

Working Capital Debt shall have the meaning assigned to that term in Section 9.07(g) hereof.
Working Capital Debt means Debt not exceeding €100 million which is Incurred for operational funding, working capital and general corporate purposes.

Working Capital Debt means all obligations, liabilities and indebtedness of every kind, nature and description owing by Borrowers or any Obligor to Agent and/or any of the Working Capital Lenders arising under the Working Capital Loan Documents, whether direct or indirect, absolute or contingent, joint or several, due or not due, primary or secondary, liquidated or unliquidated, including principal, interest, charges, fees, costs, indemnities and expenses, however evidenced, whether as principal, surety, endorser, guarantor or otherwise, whether now existing or hereafter arising, whether arising before, during or after the initial or any renewal term of the Working Capital Loan Documents or after the commencement of any Insolvency Proceeding with respect to Borrower or any Obligor (and including, without limitation, the payment of interest which would accrue and become due but for the commencement of such Insolvency Proceeding, whether or not such interest is allowed or allowable in whole or in part in any such Insolvency Proceeding). For the avoidance of doubt, the term "Working Capital Debt" shall include obligations consisting of interest, fees, indemnities, costs or expenses, in each case whether or not charged by Agent to the loan account of Borrowers maintained by Agent pursuant to the Working Capital Loan Agreement.
Working Capital Debt means any and all obligations, liabilities and indebtedness of every kind, nature and description owing by Borrower or any Obligor to Working Capital Lender evidenced by or arising under the Working Capital Loan Agreements, whether direct or indirect, absolute or contingent, joint or several, due or not due, primary or secondary, liquidated or unliquidated, including principal, interest, charges, fees, costs, indemnities and expenses, however evidenced, whether as principal, surety, endorser, guarantor or otherwise, whether now existing or hereafter arising, whether arising before, during or after the initial or any renewal term of the Working Capital Credit Agreement or after the commencement of any Insolvency Proceeding with respect to Borrower or any Obligor (and including, without limitation, the payment of interest which would accrue and become due but for the commencement of such Insolvency Proceeding whether or not such interest is allowed or allowable in whole or in part in any such Insolvency Proceeding), provided that, for purposes of this Agreement, the term "Working Capital Debt" shall not include the principal amount of loans and other credit accommodations in excess of the Maximum Debt Amount with respect to Working Capital Debt, except to the extent provided in Section 3.3 hereof. The foregoing limitation shall not apply to, and the term "Working Capital Debt" shall include, obligations consisting of interest, fees, costs, indemnities or expenses, in each case whether or not charged by Working Capital Lender to the loan account of the Borrower or any other Obligor maintained by Working Capital Lender pursuant to the Working Capital Loan Agreements.
Working Capital Debt. Any and all sums due and owing by the Company to lenders at any time and however arising which relates to or is secured by the working capital assets of the Company. Amounts owed , if any, under the Line of Credit Agreement between the Company and SunTrust Bank Atlanta in the principal amount of up to $3.5 million, if any, shall be Working Capital Debt hereunder.
Working Capital Debt means current finance facilities including an Overdraft, a Global Trade Finance Facility, a NAB TradeAssist Facility, a NAB Invoice Finance Facility or a Bill Facility. Yield Rate has the same meaning as in the Bill Facility Specific Conditions. You means the person or persons identified as “you” in the Agreement. If there are more than one, You means each of them separately and every two or more of them jointly. You includes your successors. If You are a partnership, You includes the partnership as reconstituted from time to time including by admission, retirement, death or incapacity of partners.
