Working Capital Bank means Deutsche Bank AG London of Winchester House, 1 Grxxx Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx XX0X 0XX xx issuer of Bank Guarantees and lender of WC Advances under the Working Capital Facility; and
Working Capital Bank means a Bank with a Working Capital Commitment or, if the Working Capital Commitments have terminated or expired, a Bank with Working Capital Exposure.

  • If a WC Advance is to be made in an Optional Currency, the Working Capital Bank shall, subject to clause 3, advance to the relevant Borrower on the relevant Utilisation Date, the amount of such Optional Currency specified in the relevant Utilisation Notice.

  • Working Capital Lender means any Lender that has a Working Capital Commitment.
