Workers’ Compensation Insurance and Employers’ Liability Insurance for all of its employees performing any portion of the Services.
The Contractor shall maintain workers’ compensation insurance as required under the Florida Workers’ Compensation Law or the workers’ compensation law of another jurisdiction where applicable.
