Work Sites definition

Work Sites means those areas of land (at all times located within the area(s) shown by hatching, or otherwise identified, on the Location Map) as specified by Us from time to time and for the first Period of the Agreement those areas of land shown by hatching, or otherwise identified, on the Sale Map.
Work Sites means those areas of land including any Authorised Access Routes shown by hatching (or otherwise identified) on the Sale Map.
Work Sites means the production facilities, well site(s) or other location(s) where Company requests Contractor to perform Work, and shall include, if applicable, without limitation, the facilities or location(s) of Contractor or its Subcontractors or the facilities or location(s) of Company or any other contractor of Company.

Examples of Work Sites in a sentence

  • The Contractor shall provide at his own cost any access, foot path structures, bridges and approach to the Work Sites from public roads in accordance with the requirement stipulated in the Technical Specification.

  • Products transferred from the fuel storage area(s) to specific Work Sites shall not exceed the daily usage requirement.
