Work Packages definition

Work Packages means the packages of work into which the Services are split, as referred to in Annex 1 and Annex 2, and as confirmed or varied in Annexes A and B to the relevant Service Contract; and
Work Packages means a discrete set of Project activities described in the iPDP.
Work Packages or “WP(s)” shall mean Work Packages ordered at Contract execution as described in Section 5 and Exhibit B.‌

  • The Principal will enter into agreements with identical conditions with all Contractor(s)/Bidder(s) for the different Work Packages in the aforesaid Project.
