Work Order(s) definition

Work Order(s) means the relevant work order issued by BSNL to the contractor as per the terms of the agreement.
Work Order(s) means a detailed scope of work for a Service required by Transnet, including timeframes, Deliverable, Fees and costs for the supply of the Service to Transnet, which may be appended to the Agreement from time to time.

  • If, after review of the plans, quantities and estimated unit cost of the items of work involved, the proper office of the procuring entity empowered to review and evaluate Change Orders or Extra Work Orders recommends approval thereof, Head of the Procuring Entity or his duly authorized representative, believing the Change Order or Extra Work Order to be in order, shall approve the same.

  • Multiple Work Orders may be issued during the term of this Contract, all of which will be in writing and signed by the Parties.

  • If the Contract is for indefinite quantities of Services, as specified in the Signature Document, all Work will be performed in accordance with properly executed Work Orders.

  • The Code Enforcement Officer is authorized to issue Stop Work Orders pursuant to this section.

  • Stop Work Orders shall (1) be in writing, (2) be dated and signed by the Code Enforcement Officer, (3) state the reason or reasons for issuance, and (4) if applicable, state the conditions which must be satisfied before work will be permitted to resume.


More Definitions of Work Order(s)

Work Order(s) means a detailed scope of work for a Service required by Transnet, including timeframes, Deliverable, Fees and costs for the supply of the Service to Transnet, which may be appended to this Agreement from time to time; and
Work Order(s) shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

Work Order(s). When the need arises for pre-qualified Pool members with specific experience, members will participate in a Work Order process. The County will prepare a scope of work and provide the Pool members with information regarding the selection process and response requirements, potentially to include written proposals and/or oral presentations. Recommendations for Work Order awards will be competitive, generally based on quality and/or price. The County may negotiate each Work Order award or may award a Work Order on the basis of initial offers received. If specific certification is required for a particular project it must be requested when the Work Order process is initiated and reviewed to ensure validity.
Work Order(s) means a document referencing this Master Sales Agreement and the General Statement of Work and signed by both Customer and TCS specifying the Products and/or Services to be provided, the respective responsibilities of TCS and the Customer, the applicable schedule of delivery, the Completion Criteria, the applicable charges for the Products and/or Services, and any other terms.
