Work of the Bargaining Unit definition

Work of the Bargaining Unit means: The parties agree that no employee shall suffer a reduction in the hours of work, pay, or benefit as a result of work performed by individuals:
Work of the Bargaining Unit. Persons from the bargaining unit shall not perform duties normally performed by employees in the bargaining unit unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Union, except in cases of emergency or when qualified employees are not immediately available.

  • bargaining agent means the Elementary Teachers’ Federation of Ontario.
