Work Made for Hire - For the consideration payable under a resultant Purchase Order/Agreement, the work product required by the Purchase Order/Agreement shall be considered a work made for hire within the meaning of that term under the copyright laws of the United States, applicable common law and corresponding laws of other countries.
Under copyright law, a work prepared by an employee within the scope of employment, or a work that has been specially ordered or commissioned for which the parties have agreed in writing to consider as a Work Made for Hire.
