Work from Home definition

Work from Home user means a direct employee of the Licensee whose normal place of work or his/her immediate management, supervision or direction is any licensed Designated Location and a “Work from Home License” (unless otherwise specified in the Schedules) will permit such employee to use the Software from his/her home office which must be within a 50 mile/80 kilometer radius (and in the same country) as any licensed Designated Location. (If the home office is more than 50 mile/80 kilometer radius of any licensed Designated Location, then a “Remote Worker License” is required). Access to the Software may only be via remote login enabled Virtual Private Network (VPN) connection controlled by the Licensee with appropriate network security and user identification.
Work from Home or “WFH” means working from Home instead of working in the normal working place like College, Head Office, Information Centre etc. Please note that this Work from Home is not a Holiday / Leave and hence all the staff members will get their salary and as such need to work for minimum 40 hrs / week from home.
