WMG Common Stock definition

WMG Common Stock means the common stock, par value $0.001 per share, of WMG.
WMG Common Stock has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4(d)(iii).

  • In addition, the Company may issue Class A Units to the Managing Member in exchange for shares (or fractional shares) of WMG Common Stock.

  • The purposes of the Company are, and the nature of the business to be conducted and promoted by the Company is, holding shares of WMG Common Stock, engaging in any lawful act or activity for which limited liability companies may be formed under the Delaware Act and engaging in all acts or activities as the Company deems necessary, advisable or incidental to the furtherance of the foregoing.

  • No Service Member shall have a right to sell, or a right to any sale proceeds from, any unvested Class B Units or shares of WMG Common Stock underlying unvested Class B Units in an Exit Event.

  • Newco Common Stock means the common stock, par value $.01 per share, of Newco.

  • Existing Common Stock means shares of common stock of Delphi that are authorized, issued, and outstanding prior to the Effective Date.
