Supervisory Permission means, in relation to any action, such supervisory permission (or, as appropriate, waiver) from the Regulator and/or the Relevant Resolution Authority as is required therefor under Applicable Banking Regulations.
Planning Permission means any permission, consent or approval given under the Planning Acts;
Right-of-Way Permit means either the excavation permit or the obstruction permit, or both, depending on the context, required by this chapter.
Required Governmental Approvals With respect to each Facility, all licenses, permits, accreditations, authorizations and certifications from any Governmental Authority which are material to or required for (i) the operation of such Facility and any Capital Addition thereto for its Primary Intended Use in accordance with all applicable, material Legal Requirements, including, without limitation, material state facility licenses, certificates of need, permits, provider agreements and accreditations or certifications from Medicare and/or Medicaid, and (ii) for any other use conducted on the Leased Property of such Facility and any Capital Additions thereto as may be permitted from time to time hereunder in accordance with all applicable, material Legal Requirements.
Third Party Consents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.3.
Third Party Rights means the Intellectual Property of any third party;
Licenses means all licenses, permits, certificates of authority, authorizations, approvals, registrations, franchises and similar consents granted or issued by any Governmental or Regulatory Authority.
Title V Permit means an operating permit under Title V of the Act.
Parent Permits means franchises, grants, authorizations, licenses, permits, easements, variances, exceptions, consents, concessions, registrations, clearances, exemptions, certificates, approvals and orders of any Governmental Authority necessary for Parent and each of its Subsidiaries to own, lease and operate their respective properties and assets or to carry on their respective businesses as they are now being conducted.
Pre-Existing Intellectual Property Rights means any Intellectual Property Rights vested in or licensed to the Client or the Contractor prior to or independently of the performance by the Client of the Contractor of their obligations under this Contract.
Governmental Approvals means all authorizations, consents, approvals, licenses and exemptions of, registrations and filings with, and reports to, all Governmental Authorities.
Sub-License means the sub-licensing of any space in the Station Development Assets and Project Utilities in the Station Development Project, by the Station Facility Manager to any licensee, in accordance with the Station Facility Management Agreement;
Third Party Consent means any Consent of a Person other than a Governmental Authority.
Approvals means the permits, clearances, licenses and consents as are listed in Schedule 3 hereto and any other statutory approvals.
Permission means the agreement of parent(s) or guardian to the participation of their child or ward in research.
Non-Permitted Transferee A Person other than a Permitted Transferee.
Authorizations means all filings, recordings, and registrations with, and all validations or exemptions, approvals, orders, authorizations, consents, franchises, licenses, certificates, and permits from, any Governmental Authority.
Permits and Licenses means (a) all applicable authorizations, -------------------- consents, certificates, licenses, rights of way permits, approvals, waivers, exemptions, encroachment agreements, variances, franchises, permissions, and permits of any Governmental Authority and all documents and applications filed in connection therewith, and (b) all renewals thereof.
Individual permit means a permit issued to a named permittee under section 22a-430 of the General Statutes.
Governmental Actions means any and all consents, approvals, permits, orders, authorizations, waivers, exceptions, variances, exemptions or licenses of, or registrations, declarations or filings with, any Governmental Authority required under any Governmental Rules.
Regulatory Permits means all Permits granted by the FDA or any comparable Governmental Entity to the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, including investigational new drug applications, Biologics License Applications, manufacturing approvals and authorizations, clinical trial authorizations and ethical reviews, or their national or foreign equivalents.
Environmental Approvals means any permit, license, approval, ruling, variance, exemption or other authorization required under applicable Environmental Laws.
Transferable Permits means those Permits and Environmental Permits with respect to the Assets or the Business which may be transferred to Buyer with or without a filing with, notice to, consent of or approval of any Governmental Authority, and excluding those Permits and Environmental Permits with respect to the Assets or the Business which are non-transferable to Buyer and with respect to which Buyer must apply for and obtain replacements.
Governmental Approval is any consent, authorization, approval, order, license, franchise, permit, certificate, accreditation, registration, filing or notice, of, issued by, from or to, or other act by or in respect of, any Governmental Authority.
work permit shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.21(e).
Draft permit means the version of a permit for which the permitting authority offers public participation and, in the case of a Class I draft operating permit, affected State review.
