Withholding Tax Amount definition

Withholding Tax Amount means the sum of the Brazilian Withholding Tax Amount and the Indian Withholding Tax Amount.
Withholding Tax Amount has the meaning given to such term in the Administrative Agent Agreement;
Withholding Tax Amount has the meaning specified in Section 2.5.
