Withheld Amounts definition

Withheld Amounts shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.

Examples of Withheld Amounts in a sentence

• Payment will be made subject to applicable laws, regulations or court orders, but, in the case of any payment of any Withheld Amounts, without prejudice to Condition 7.
