Withdrawal Right definition

Withdrawal Right has the meaning given in Section 5(c).
Withdrawal Right means the right of any Shareholder to withdraw Shares deposited pursuant to the Offer and in accordance with the terms and process described in Section 6 of the Offer to Purchase, “Withdrawal Rights”.
Withdrawal Right has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • The TSO shall inform the Shipper that public law permits required for planning and construction have not been obtained and/or that the Use of Land Arrangements have not been put in place by the Withdrawal Right Date (inclusive) within ten working days of the Withdrawal Right Date.

More Definitions of Withdrawal Right

Withdrawal Right means the right of BMI to elect to terminate its reservation of the Reserved Space with respect to a Site and add such Reserved Space to the Subleased Property of such Site as described in Section 10.
