Withdrawal Fee definition

Withdrawal Fee is defined in Article 12.4.2;
Withdrawal Fee. (expressed in Eurocent per kWh) times all Withdrawal Contract Quantities (including interruptible quantities which are not interrupted). The Withdrawal Fee shall be three divided by ten thousand (0.0003) times the Average Forward Baseload Electricity Price;
Withdrawal Fee means any fee, however named, covering those expenses incurred by a school in processing student paperwork relating to program changes (i.e., course additions/drops or transfers) or withdrawal from school and so identified on the student enrollment agreement.
