Wisconsin Facility definition

Wisconsin Facility means each Facility located in the State of Wisconsin.
Wisconsin Facility means the Seller’s distribution facility located at 000 Xxxxxx Xxxx, Mazomanie, Wisconsin 53560.
Wisconsin Facility the Borrower's manufacturing facility located in Marshfield, Wisconsin.
