Wires Only Service definition

Wires Only Service means the provision of Broadband Services including the Client-premises based Network Terminating Equipment, but excluding the provision of Customer Premises Equipment and the remote management thereof.
Wires Only Service means your Router/CPE that is provided without a Managed CPE and connected to the BT Network from a Site.
Wires Only Service means the provision of Network Services to the Site-based NTE, which is the Service Demarcation Point for the Wires Only Service.

More Definitions of Wires Only Service

Wires Only Service means where a Service is provided without Managed Equipment and terminates on the Router that you provide for use with the applicable Service.
Wires Only Service means the provision of Network Services as far as the Customer-premises based Network Terminating Equipment, but excluding the provision of CPE Router equipment and the remote management thereof.
Wires Only Service means the Hub and/or LAN Cloud CPE provided by the Supplier to the Customer without Supported CPE and connected to the Network from a Site.
Wires Only Service means the provision of Network Services as far as the Customer-premises based Network Terminating Equipment, but excluding the provision of Customer Premises Equipment and the remote management thereof.

  • Telephone Toll Service is As Defined in the Act.

  • Prepaid wireless calling service means a telecommunications service:

  • School service means a website, mobile application or online service that (i) is designed and marketed solely for use in elementary or secondary schools; (ii) is used (a) at the direction of teachers or other employees at elementary or secondary schools or (b) by any school-affiliated entity; and (iii) collects and maintains, uses or shares student personal information. "School service" does not include a website, mobile application or online service that is (a) used for the purposes of college and career readiness assessment or (b) designed and marketed for use by individuals or entities generally, even if it is also marketed for use in elementary or secondary schools.

  • Overnight care means care for a child between the hours of 10 PM and 6 AM, when four or more hours are during a child's normal sleeping hours.

  • Fire Service means any deployment of firefighting personnel and/or equipment to extinguish a fire or perform any preventative measure in an effort to protect equipment, life, or property in an area threatened by fire. It also includes the deployment of firefighting personnel and/or equipment to provide fire suppression, rescue, extrication, and any other services related to fire and rescue as may occasionally occur.

  • Air-to-ground radiotelephone service means a radio service, as that term is defined in 47 CFR 22.99, in which common carriers are authorized to offer and provide radio telecommunications service for hire to subscribers in aircraft.

  • 911 Service means a universal telephone number which gives the public direct access to the Public Safety Answering Point (“PSAP”). Basic 911 service collects 911 calls from one or more local exchange switches that serve a geographic area. The calls are then sent to the correct authority designated to receive such calls.
