Wireless Product definition

Wireless Product shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Intellectual Property Agreement.
Wireless Product means all Products, equipment, or devices used in connection with Wireless Services, including any wireless mobile telephones, smart phones, mobile devices, handheld devices, tablets, hot spots, mobile broadband cards, USB modem, embedded modems, handheld devices, wireless cards, handsets, cradles, Bluetooth devices, car kits, hands free kits, spare batteries, chargers, cases, belt clips, accessories for Wireless Products, data cables, and other telecommunication Products used in conjunction with Wireless Services or otherwise provided in connection with this Agreement.

  • Business Products means all products or services that have been or are currently sold, licensed, provided, supported, distributed or otherwise disposed of by the Business, including all products or services in development.
