Wireless Network definition

Wireless Network means the wireless network connection operated by Operator in the unlicensed frequency spectrum in accordance with the provisions of the ECA, over which the Wireless Link is created in order to ensure a secure private link over a public/private network required for the provision of the Wireless Equipment Rental.
Wireless Network means the PECN operated by Neotel in the license frequency spectrum in terms of the provisions of the Act, over which the Customer Premises Equipment connects;
