Wireless Equipment Rental definition

Wireless Equipment Rental means the wireless services contemplated in this Agreement, which DAVAMA COMMUNICATIONS renders to Customer in accordance with Customer’s choices, as set out in the Application Form under such heading or description comprising of: (i) the leasing of the Wireless Equipment to Customer; (ii) configuration of the Equipment; and (iii) the management of the Wireless Link on behalf of Customer, as contemplated below;
Wireless Equipment Rental means the wireless services contemplated in this Agreement, which Cape Connect Internet renders to Customer in accordance with Customer’s choices, as set out in the Application Form under such heading or description comprising of: (i) the leasing of the Wireless Equipment to C ust om er ; ( i i ) configuration of the Equipment; and (iii) the management of the Wireless Link on behalf of Customer, as contemplated below;
Wireless Equipment Rental means the wireless services contemplated in this Agreement, which IBITS INTERNET renders to Customer in accordance with Customer’s choices, as set out in the Application Form under such heading or description comprising of: (i) the leasing of the Wireless Equipment to Customer;

Examples of Wireless Equipment Rental in a sentence

  • If neither Party has given notice as contemplated in clause 2.1 above, Wireless Equipment Rental shall endure indefinitely thereafter on the same terms and conditions, provided that either Party shall be entitled to terminate Wireless Equipment Rental on 1 (one) calendar months written notice to the other to that effect.

  • Customer shall therefore not be entitled to terminate Wireless Equipment Rental as a result of any impairment to the quality of the Wireless Link and/or quality and/or capacity of the Wireless Network which impacts on Customer’s access and usage of the Wireless Equipment Rental.

  • Customer shall not be allowed to terminate Wireless Equipment Rental including the Agreement should Customer move to a location and/or premises where the Wireless Network is not available.

  • Customer shall also not be entitled to cancel Wireless Equipment Rental or refuse to accept installation, set-up and or configuration of the Equipment as a result of DAVAMA COMMUNICATIONS’s failure to meet anticipated installation date and times.

  • DAVAMA COMMUNICATIONS shall be entitled to change the Wireless Equipment Rental Services (which may include without limitation the amendment of the technical parameters and/or specification relating to the Wireless Equipment Rental), at any time during the Initial Period and/or any renewal thereof on 30 (thirty) days written notice to Customer.

  • Customer shall only use the Equipment in conjunction with the Wireless Equipment Rental Services.

  • Notwithstanding anything that might indicate the contrary, Customer shall at all times comply with all terms and conditions and/or limitations imposed by DAVAMA COMMUNICATIONS on the Wireless Link including Wireless Network for the duration of the Wireless Equipment Rental.

  • DAVAMA COMMUNICATIONS will provide Customer with Wireless Equipment Rental set out herein in accordance with this Service Level Agreement (“Service Level Agreement”).

  • Customer shall (without prejudice to DAVAMA COMMUNICATIONS’s rights to claim payment for any outstanding amount for the services rendered), not be entitled to terminate Wireless Equipment Rental should the Wireless Link remain unavailable due to an Uncontrollable Event.

  • DAVAMA COMMUNICATIONS will only provide Customer with use of the Wireless Equipment Rental provided Customer pays the Services Fees set out in the Application Form.

Related to Wireless Equipment Rental

  • Customer Premises Equipment or "CPE" means equipment employed on the premises of a Person other than a Carrier to originate, route or terminate Telecommunications (e.g., a telephone, PBX, modem pool, etc.).

  • Rental Equipment means the equipment identified on the Service Agreement and Order Schedule or otherwise notified to you in writing that we will rent to you as part of our provision of the Services and which you will return to us after expiry or termination of the Agreement, subject to the provisions of this Agreement.

  • Distributor’s Equipment means the Fittings and Metering Equipment owned by the Distributor, the Distributor’s agent, or any other third party with whom the Distributor has contracted with for the use by the Distributor of the party’s Fittings or Metering Equipment that are from time to time installed in, over or on Consumer’s Premises;

  • Terminal Equipment means all telephone instruments, including pay telephone equipment, the common equipment of large and small key and PBX systems and other devices and apparatus, and associated wirings, which are intended to be connected electrically, acoustically or inductively to the telecommunication system of the telephone utility.

  • Contractor’s Equipment means all apparatus, machinery, vehicles and other things required for the execution and completion of the Works and the remedying of any defects. However, Contractor’s Equipment excludes Temporary Works, Employer’s Equipment (if any), Plant, Materials and any other things intended to form or forming part of the Equipment.

  • Installation Works means, as the context so requires,

  • Supplier Equipment means the Supplier's hardware, computer and telecoms devices, equipment, plant, materials and such other items supplied and used by the Supplier (but not hired, leased or loaned from the Customer) in the performance of its obligations under this Call Off Contract;

  • Interconnection equipment means a group of components or an integrated system owned and operated by the interconnection customer that connects an electric generator with a local electric power system, as that term is defined in Section 3.1.6.2 of IEEE Standard 1547, or with the electric distribution system. Interconnection equipment is all interface equipment including switchgear, protective devices, inverters or other interface devices. Interconnection equipment may be installed as part of an integrated equipment package that includes a generator or other electric source.

  • Installation Charges means those Charges set out in the Order in relation to installation of the Service and/or any Purchased Equipment, Customer Equipment and/or BT Equipment as applicable.

  • Equipment Room means a space intended for the operation of pool pumps, filters, heaters and controllers.

  • Customer Premises means premises owned, controlled or occupied by the Customer which are made available for use by the Supplier or its Sub-Contractors for provision of the Services (or any of them);

  • Equipment Schedule means (a) each Equipment Schedule attached to the applicable Requisition and (b) each Equipment Schedule attached to the applicable Lease Supplement.

  • Expansion Space means any space in the Building which, at any time during the Lease Term, is occupied by a Person other than Landlord under a written lease with Landlord, and the term “Tenant’s Expansion Space” means Expansion Space which Tenant has elected to lease as provided in this paragraph. Landlord agrees to notify Tenant promptly after Landlord learns that any Expansion Space is or will become available. Subject to the prior rights of other tenants to whom Landlord has granted substantially similar rights, Tenant has the option to lease any Expansion Space which Landlord notifies Tenant is or will become available. If Tenant gives Landlord notice of its exercise of this option within thirty (30) days after notification from Landlord of the availability of the Expansion Space and if no Event of Default exists when Tenant’s notice is given, this Lease will be deemed to be amended to include Tenant’s Expansion Space as part of the Premises for the remainder of the Lease Term upon all of the same terms contained in this Lease except that (i) the Rentable Area of the Premises will be amended to include Tenant’s Expansion Space; (ii) Tenant’s Share will be increased to include the rentable area of Tenant’s Expansion Space; (iii) the Term Commencement Date with respect to Tenant’s Expansion Space will be the earlier of sixty (60) days after the date on which Tenant’s Expansion Space becomes vacant and ready for occupancy (provided that date is at least sixty (60) days after Tenant exercises its option to lease the Expansion Space), or the date on which the Expansion Space is first occupied by Tenant; (iv) if Tenant’s Expansion Space contains a rentable area of 10,000 square feet or more, and if there are less than three (3) Lease Years remaining in the Lease Term, the Lease Term will be extended to include three (3) full years from the Term Commencement Date with respect to Tenant’s Expansion Space; and (v) subject to adjustment during each Fixed Rental Period as provided in Exhibit E, Basic Rent for each year of the remaining Lease Term (as it may be extended) will be the greater of (a) the Basic Rent last paid by the Person most recently occupying Tenant’s Expansion Space or (b) Market Rent determined as provided in the Rent Rider attached as Exhibit E. If Tenant exercises this option, Tenant’s Expansion Space will be leased to Tenant in its “as is” condition and Tenant will, at its expense and in compliance with the provisions of Section 7.06, design and construct all Improvements desired by Tenant for its use and occupancy. Landlord and Tenant agree to execute such amendments to this Lease and other instruments as either of them considers necessary or desirable to reflect Tenant’s exercise of this option.

  • Additional Equipment means equipment that is not factory fitted in the Vehicle, including but not limited to navigation equipment (GPS), baby seat, bicycle rack etcetera;

  • New equipment means equipment for which, by the cut-off date, neither of the following events has occurred:

  • Airport Ground Support Equipment means vehicles and equipment used at an airport to service aircraft between flights.

  • Licensed Space means the indoor and outdoor space on the premises approved by the department for the purpose of providing licensed child care.

  • Electrical equipment means underground equipment that contains dielectric fluid that is necessary for the operation of equipment such as transformers and buried electrical cable.

  • Storage Space means a space where goods of non-hazardous nature are stored and includes cold storage and banking safe vaults;

  • Installation Site means the site at which the Product is originally installed.

  • Design-build contract means a single contract with a Design-Build Firm for the design and construction of a public construction project.

  • Building Equipment shall have the meaning set forth in the Security Instrument.

  • Metering Equipment means all metering equipment installed at the metering points designated in the appropriate appendix to an Interconnection Service Agreement. Minimum State of Charge:

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • Operating Equipment means furniture, furnishings, special lighting fixtures, carpeting, draperies, decorations or other special finishing work, signs, appliances and trade fixtures and equipment that is furnished, installed or used by the Contractor in its operations on the Airport. It does not include Fixed Improvements, or repair or maintenance of Operating Equipment or Fixed Improvements or displays or decorations that are of a seasonal or temporary promotional nature.

  • Project Equipment means the items of machinery, equipment or other personal property used in connection with the construction and development of the Project pursuant to the provisions hereof, and all replacements thereof and substitutions therefor made pursuant to this Agreement.
