Winter Season definition

Winter Season means the period commencing on November 1 of any year and ending on the next succeeding March 31.
Winter Season means that period of time between November 1 and April 30 of the year following completion of construction.
Winter Season means the period of time from the last Sunday in October until the first Sunday in April.
