Window Period definition

Window Period means the 3 consecutive calendar month period prior to the Scheduled Maturity Date.
Window Period means a period designated by the Firm during which all employees of the Firm are permitted to purchase or sell shares of Common Stock (provided that, if the Grantee is a member of a designated group of employees who are subject to different restrictions, the Window Period may be a period designated by the Firm during which an employee of the Firm in such designated group is permitted to purchase or sell shares of Common Stock).

Window Period means the Extension Period.
