Wind Data definition

Wind Data means any and all raw wind speed data and other relevant wind characteristics data obtained by or on behalf of Sellers or any of their Affiliates or representatives in respect to the Project, along with all supporting documentation.
Wind Data means all meteorological data actually generated for the Project by meteorological towers on the Project Site and all final third-party reports and studies regarding such data that are relevant to the use of any of the WTGs, in each case as amended, supplemented, or updated.
Wind Data means all wind data, technical data, reports, third party reports, logs and information in respect of the Project, whether created by the Vendor, DevCo or otherwise.

Examples of Wind Data in a sentence

  • Copies of all available wind data related to the Site, as identified in Schedule 1.1.1 attached hereto (the "Wind Data").

  • The Wind Data were collected at the locations and during the times set forth in such documents.

  • To Sellers’ Knowledge, the Wind Data is true, accurate and correct in all material respects.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, (i) Seller and its Affiliates (as that term is defined in Section 7.1.22) shall be allowed to retain nonexclusive rights in, and to use the Wind Data; (ii) promptly upon signing of this Agreement, subject to the provisions of Section 7.1.21 Seller shall provide Buyer with a copy of the Wind Data through May 31,2009; and, (iii) pursuant to the terms of Section 4.5, Seller shall provide Wind Data to Buyer on a quarterly basis, and as reasonably requested by Buyer.

  • Seller shall be responsible to reasonably maintain and keep the meteorological towers and instruments in good repair for the period of time that Seller is required to provide Wind Data to Buyer pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Seller shall be allowed to retain nonexclusive rights in, and to use and convey the Wind Data.

  • After the Closing, Seller shall continue to provide Buyer with Wind Data pursuant to this Agreement until the earlier of: (a) December 31, 2016; or (b) the date(s) each of the three meteorological towers and instruments providing the Wind Data are removed from the Site, as authorized by Buyer.


More Definitions of Wind Data

Wind Data means the wind data collected by the Met Towers; and
Wind Data means (i) all meteorological data actually generated for the Project by meteorological towers on the Site Plan, (ii) all third party reports and studies regarding such data that are relevant to the operation of the Project, in each case as amended, supplemented or updated, (iii) installation documents for the Project’s temporary meteorological towers (e.g., commissioning sheets/logs, instrument calibration sheets, and site photos, and (iv) maintenance history on the Project’s temporary meteorological towers (e.g., any additional commissioning sheets, instrument calibration sheets, and site photos), including without limitation that certain report set forth in Exhibit P attached to this Agreement.
Wind Data refers to the complete wind resource and other Site data reflected on the wind data questionnaire of the Seller. „Dane Wiatrowe” oznacza pełne dane wiatrowe oraz inne dane o Miejscu, odzwierciedlone w ankiecie danych wiatrowych Sprzedającego.
Wind Data. Any and all wind data included, or included by reference, on Schedule 6.13 of this Agreement, provided by Seller or its Representatives to Purchaser in respect of the Project. “Windfarm Easements”. Easements for the construction and operation of the Facilities with respect to parcels sufficient to construct and operate a [OUTPUT] megawatt ( MW) windfarm meeting the Wind Study output requirement and which is generally located within the boundary of the area shown in Exhibit D, and in the form set out in Exhibit C and with such additional modifications requested by the grantors of such easements, with approval of such requested modifications not to be unreasonably withheld by Purchaser.
Wind Data means any and all wind speed data and other relevant wind characteristics data included, or included by reference, on Schedule 4.21 of this Agreement, or in the possession or control of Seller or any of its Affiliates or Representatives in respect to the Project, along with all supporting documentation.

Related to Wind Data

  • Fund Data means all information Fund, including data related to securities trades and other transaction data, investment returns, issue descriptions, and Market Data provided by the Fund and all output and derivatives thereof, necessary to enable DST to perform the Services, but excluding DST Property.

  • UNICEF Data means any and all information or data in digital form or processed or held in digital form that

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.

  • Raw Data means the primary quantitative and empirical data first collected from experiments and clinical trials conducted within the scope of this CRADA.

  • IT Systems and Data shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.1(jj).

  • Buyer Data means all data, records, files, information or content, including text, sound, video, images and software, that is (a) input or uploaded by Buyer or its Users to or collected, received, transmitted, processed, or stored by Buyer or its Users using the Software or SaaS Service in connection with this Agreement, or (b) derived from (a). Buyer Data is Confidential Information of Buyer.

  • Network Data Mover (NDM) or “Connect Direct” means the industry standard protocol for transferring information electrically.

  • Computer database or “database” means a collection of recorded information in a form capable of, and for the purpose of, being stored in, processed, and operated on by a computer. The term does not include computer software.

  • Portfolio Data means the Key Terms in relation to all outstanding Trades between you and us in a form and standard that is capable of being reconciled. The information comprising the Portfolio Data for Portfolio Data Delivery Date will be prepared as at the close of business New York time on the immediately preceding Business Day.

  • computer data means any representation of facts, information or concepts in a form suitable for processing in a computer system, including a program suitable to cause a computer system to perform a function;

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • Teacher Data is defined as at least the following: Social security number. Date of birth. Personal street address. Personal email address. Personal telephone number Performance evaluations. Other information that, alone or in combination, is linked or linkable to a specific teacher, paraprofessional, principal, or administrator that would allow a reasonable person in the school community, who does not have personal knowledge of the relevant circumstances, to identify any with reasonable certainty. Information requested by a person who the department reasonably believes or knows the identity of the teacher, paraprofessional, principal, or administrator to whom the education record relates.

  • input data means data provided to or directly acquired by an AI system on the basis of which the system produces an output;

  • Sui Generis Database Rights means rights other than copyright resulting from Directive 96/9/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 March 1996 on the legal protection of databases, as amended and/or succeeded, as well as other essentially equivalent rights anywhere in the world.

  • Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database means the primary Government repository for Contractor information required for the conduct of business with the Government.

  • DXC Data means the content, information and data pertaining to DXC and/or DXC Customers that is submitted to or accessed by Supplier pursuant to this Agreement. DXC Data may include, but is not limited to the following, each of which is defined more fully herein, DXC Sensitive Information, Confidential Information, Personal Information, and Protected Health Information (PHI).

  • Customer Materials any materials, data, information, software, equipment or other resources owned by or licensed to You and made available to Us pursuant to facilitating Your use of the Services, including Customer Data.

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • Development Data means any and all research data, pharmacology data, chemistry, manufacturing and control data, preclinical data, clinical data and all other documentation (including raw data) compiled, developed or generated with respect to the Compound or Product.

  • Automated data acquisition and handling system or "DAHS" means that component of the continuous emission monitoring system, or other emissions monitoring system approved for use under section 11 of this rule, designed to interpret and convert individual output signals from pollutant concentration monitors, flow monitors, diluent gas monitors, and other component parts of the monitoring system to produce a continuous record of the measured parameters in the measurement units required by section 11 of this rule.

  • Study Data shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.1.

  • Third Party Data has the meaning set forth in Section 9.3(a).

  • User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries from users of any Company Product or website of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Transaction Data means observable prices, rates, indices or values representing transactions between unaffiliated counterparties in an active market subject to competitive supply and demand forces;

  • City Data means that data as described in Article 13 of this Agreement which includes, without limitation, all data collected, used, maintained, processed, stored, or generated by or on behalf of the City in connection with this Agreement. City Data includes, without limitation, Confidential Information.

  • PRICE DATA The Contractor has furnished a price list for the new period for authorized purchasers. The State agrees to notify all authorized purchasers of the existence of this Contract and to give the specific instructions relative to the procedures to be followed in making purchases under the provisions hereof. Entities making purchases over $50,000 may consider obtaining two competitive quotes from the authorized dealers’ list on this manufacturer’s contract. If this manufacturer does not have a dealers’ list, the manufacturer should be prepared to submit a quote. PAYMENT: Payment for commodities or equipment purchased under the provisions of this Contract shall be made to the Contractor or to the authorized dealer making delivery in accordance with Miss. Code Xxx. §§ 31-7- 301, et seq. (as amended). Such payment is to be made only upon receipt, by the authorized purchaser, of properly certified invoices, which are priced strictly in accordance with the pricing provisions of this Contract.
