Wilmington Trust means Wilmington Trust, National Association.
U.S. Bank means U.S. Bank National Association, a national banking association.
Trust Company means a financial institution, corporation, or other legal entity, authorized to exercise general trust powers.
BNY Mellon has the meaning set forth in the introductory paragraph.
Wells Fargo Bank Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., or its successor in interexx.
Corporate Trust Contract means any indenture, trust, pooling and servicing, paying agency, collateral or disbursing agency, securities (whether bond, note, debenture or other) registrar, transfer agency or document custody Contracts and all other fiduciary, agency and corporate trust Contracts, including call rights, in each case, in respect of the Appointments.
Bank One means Bank One, NA, a national banking association having its principal office in Chicago, Illinois, in its individual capacity, and its successors.
Citicorp has the meaning specified in the preamble to this Agreement.
Energy consumer means a business or residential consumer of

trust corporation means a trust corporation (as defined in the Law of Property Act 1925) or a corporation entitled to act as a trustee pursuant to applicable foreign legislation relating to trustees.

Delaware Bank has the meaning specified in the preamble to this Trust Agreement.
Xxxxx Fargo Bank means Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association.
Gas Corporation means the body corporate established by section 4 of the Gas Corporation Act 1994;
Non-U.S. Bank as defined in subsection 2.15(c)(ii).
Maritime agency services means activities consisting in representing, within a given geographic area, as an agent the business interests of one or more shipping lines or shipping companies, for the following purposes:
Michigan national guard means that term as defined in section 105 of the Michigan military act, 1967 PA 150, MCL 32.505.
Successor Delaware Trustee has the meaning set forth in Section 4.5(e).
Municipal corporation means, in general terms, a status conferred upon a local government unit, by state law giving the unit certain autonomous operating authority such as the power of taxation, power of eminent domain, police power and regulatory power, and includes a joint economic development district or joint economic development zone that levies an income tax under section 715.691, 715.70, 715.71, or 715.74 of the Ohio Revised Code.
BNY Mellon Affiliate means any office, branch or subsidiary of The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation.

boycott energy company means “without an ordinary business purpose, refusing to deal with, terminating business activities with, or otherwise taking any action intended to penalize, inflict economic harm on, or limit commercial relations with a company because the company (a) engages in the exploration, production, utilization, transportation, sale, or manufacturing of fossil fuel-based energy and does not commit or pledge to meet environmental standards beyond applicable federal and state law, or (b) does business with a company described by paragraph (a).” (See Tex. Gov. Code 809.001). When applicable, does Vendor certify? Corporate Trust Capacity means trustee, registrar, agency (including as paying agent, transfer agent, collateral agent, fiscal agent, escrow agent or similar agency capacity), servicer, master servicer, custodial (including document custody) or other similar capacity under a Corporate Trust Contract, and any rights or duties arising from, or the provision of any services in connection with, any such capacities.
Savings and Loan Holding Company means a company registered as such with the Office of Thrift Supervision pursuant to 12 U.S.C. §1467(a) and the regulations of the Office of Thrift Supervision promulgated thereunder.
Corporate Trustee means a Trustee which is a banking institution or trust company regularly engaged in the business of trust administration in which no Beneficiary has any controlling interest.
