Willfully violates definition

Willfully violates means, after receiving a copy of the act, the rules promulgated under the act and, for a license, a copy of the terms of a license, or a previous citation for a violation of this act or a rule promulgated under this act, a licensee or an applicant knew or had reason to know that his or her conduct was a violation of the act, rules promulgated under the act, or the terms of a license.
