WHS Legislation definition

WHS Legislation means the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (Cth) (WHS Act), any regulations made under that Act and any ‘corresponding WHS law’ within the meaning of section 4 of the WHS Act and Regulation 6A of the Work Health and Safety Regulations 2011;
WHS Legislation means all applicable Laws and all applicable Requirements (including in the jurisdiction in which the Services are to be performed) regulating matters of occupational health, safety or security.
WHS Legislation means the WHS Act and the WHS Regulation.

  • WHS Legislation Means any of the following: Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (Cth) and Work Health and Safety Regulations 2011 (Cth); and any corresponding WHS law as defined in section 4 of the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (Cth).

WHS Legislation means the applicable State or Territory work health and safety legislation.
WHS Legislation means the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (Cth) and the Work Health and Safety Regulations 2011 (Cth); and any corresponding WHS law as defined in section 4 of the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (Cth)
WHS Legislation means the Work Health and Safety Xxx 0000 (NSW) and the Work Health and Safety Regulations 2017 (NSW) as amended or replaced from time to time.
