Examples of WHS Legislation in a sentence
WHS Legislation Means any of the following: Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (Cth) and Work Health and Safety Regulations 2011 (Cth); and any corresponding WHS law as defined in section 4 of the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (Cth).
For the purposes of clause 1: Code of Practice means a code of practice approved in accordance with the WHS Legislation.
