Wholesale Services definition

Wholesale Services means those communications services furnished by one telephone utility to another provider of communications services. The terms and conditions of wholesale services may be addressed in a telephone utility’s approved intrastate access tariff, local interconnection tariff, interconnection agreement reached under Sections 251 and 252 of the federal Telecommunications Act, or in a commercial agreement reached between the providers.

Wholesale Services means those communications services furnished by one telecommunications service provider to another provider of communications services. Nothing in this chapter shall affect, limit, modify, or expand an entity’s obligations under Sections 251 and 252 of the federal Telecommunications Act; any board authority over wholesale telecommunications rates, services, agreements, interconnection, providers, or tariffs; or any board authority addressing or affecting the resolution of disputes regarding compensation between telecommunications service providers.

Wholesale Services means ICT services provided by the Licensee to an Other Licensee pursuant to a Condition of this Licence or to an order, decision, determination, rule or regulation of the Office.

Examples of Wholesale Services in a sentence

• Platform Carrier B is in the business of supplying wholesale international telecommunications services as further described herein (“Wholesale Services”) and Platform Carrier A desires to utilize the Wholesale Services, AND WHEREAS, the Parties are signatories to a TessPay Platform Services Agreement with TessPay Inc.

Wholesale Services means telecommunications service that are subject to the Commission’s jurisdiction that one carrier sells or provides to an- other carrier, as a component of, or for the provision of, telecommunications service to end users.

Wholesale Services has the meaning set out in the recitals to this Agreement. The Recitals in this Agreement form an integral part of this Agreement and are intended to assist in the interpretation of this Agreement and any attached Schedules. The Schedules to this Agreement form an integral part of this Agreement unless otherwise specified therein, and references to a Schedule are intended by the Parties to refer to the relevant Schedule as it is modified from time to time with the mutual consent of the Parties.
