Wholesale Account means and include any loan or other extension of credit, now or hereafter, by NFS to either: (i) any Dealer (whether or not owned by NMHG or any of its respective affiliates or subsidiaries), or (ii) NMHG or any of its respective affiliates or subsidiaries secured by NMHG Equipment (whether or not such NMHG Equipment is purchased directly from the proceeds of any such loan or other extension of credit or is kept as inventory for sale or as part of the respective party’s rental fleet), provided, however, that Wholesale Account shall not include any Commercial Equipment Financing nor any Lease Financing to Dealers or NMHG, where such assets are thereafter subleased to Retail Customers.
Wholesale Account means and include any loan or other extension of credit to a Dealer, whether in connection with the acquisition of NMHG Equipment by the Dealer or otherwise, but shall not include any loan or other extension of credit by the Corporation to any Customer.
Wholesale Account means and include any loan or other extension of credit, now or hereafter, by a GE Capital Company to any non-U.S.Dealer for the acquisition of Equipment by the Dealer.
Examples of Wholesale Account in a sentence
Any customer which has been approved by Statesman will hereinafter be referred to as an "Approved Wholesale Account." Statesman will notify the Cooperative in writing of its decision.
Statesman represents and warrants to the Cooperative with respect to each such Wholesale Account it sells back to the Cooperative that the net balance paid to it is the net balance owing on such Wholesale Account and that except as disclosed in a writing at the time of such sale, Statesman has not released the obligor thereon of its obligation thereunder, or consented to any reduction in the amount owing thereon or the extension of the due date for any payment or installment thereunder.
The Cooperative will not make any changes in the Repayment Terms offered to the Wholesale Account customers without first obtaining Statesman's written approval.
Statesman will review the information and determine in its sole and absolute discretion the terms under which the Cooperative may sell to the customer such that Statesman will purchase the resulting Wholesale Account (the "Statesman Approval").
Presentment, protest, demand, and notice of protest, demand and dishonor of any Wholesale Account, and the exercise of possessory, collection or other remedies on any Wholesale Account, are hereby waived.
