Whole Ownership Residential Business definition

Whole Ownership Residential Business means the business of (i) developing and operating Residential Properties; (ii) developing, selling, marketing, managing, operating and financing Residential Units; (iii) managing rental programs associated with Residential Properties; (iv) establishing and operating sales facilities for Residential Units; (v) managing the owner services related to Residential Units; and (vi) managing and operating the amenities of Residential Properties (e.g. country clubs, spas, golf courses, food and beverage outlets, gift and sundry shops, etc.) located at or in the general vicinity of Residential Properties and businesses that are ancillary to the foregoing activities, all associated with Residential Properties.
Whole Ownership Residential Business means the business of (i) developing and operating Residential Projects; (ii) developing, selling, marketing, managing, operating and financing Residential Units;(iii) managing rental programs associated with Residential Projects; (iv) establishing and operating sales facilities for Residential Units; (v) managing the owner services related to Residential Units; and (vi) managing or operating the amenities of Residential Projects (e.g. country clubs, spas, golf courses, food and beverage outlets, gift and sundry shops, etc.) located at or in the general vicinity of Residential Projects and businesses that are ancillary to the foregoing activities, all associated with Residential Projects. Whole Ownership Residential Business means the business of (i) owning, managing, leasing, developing and/or operating Residential Projects; (ii) owning, leasing, developing, selling, marketing, managing, operating and/or financing Residential Units; (iii) owning, developing, selling, marketing, managing and/or operating Whole Ownership Residential Products; (iv) managing rental programs associated with Residential Projects; (v) establishing and operating sales facilities and marketing facilities for Residential Units; (vi) managing the owner services related to Residential Units; and (vii) managing or operating the amenities of Residential Projects (e.g. country clubs, spas, golf courses, food and beverage outlets, gift and sundry shops, etc.) located at or in the general vicinity of, and available for use by, Residential Projects and businesses that are ancillary to the foregoing activities, all of which are associated with Residential Projects. For the avoidance of doubt, Whole Ownership Residential Business does not include the Shared Ownership Business.

  • Licensor will approve any management company to operate the MVW Ritz-Carlton Business that, in Licensor’s reasonable commercial judgment, is experienced and qualified in operating a Destination Club Business and Whole Ownership Residential Business at a level consistent with the brand image and quality level and is otherwise able to adhere fully to the obligations and requirements of the License Agreement.

Certification for a disabled veteran business must be provided to the District. The entity may also apply to obtain District approval of its internship program. The internship program must be approved by the District and must be completed by the end of the specific Public Project or by the next semester immediately after completion of the specific Public Project. Local Business shall also mean any entity that uses apprentices from a District approved apprenticeship program.

  • Business location means a location where the firm carries out an activity that requires registration, and includes a residence if regular and ongoing activity that requires registration is carried out from the residence or if records relating to an activity that requires registration are kept at the residence;

  • Parent Business has the meaning set forth in the Separation and Distribution Agreement.

  • Business Systems means all Software, computer hardware (whether general or special purpose), electronic data processing, information, record keeping, communications, telecommunications, networks, interfaces, platforms, servers, peripherals, and computer systems, including any outsourced systems and processes, that are owned or used or held for use in the conduct of the Company Business.

  • Company Business means the business of the Company as presently conducted.
