Wheels Up means Wheels Up Partners LLC, the US established parent company of the Company and for the avoidance of doubt is a member of the Group.
Wheels Up means Wheels Up Experience Inc., a public company headquartered in New York, United States, with shares of its common stock listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
Wheels Up shall have the meaning given in the Preamble hereto.

Wheels Up deadline set forth in Section 2.2, Carrier shall immediately notify YKHC's Director of Flight Services or his/her designee.
