Western Arctic Region definition

Western Arctic Region means that portion of the Inuvialuit Settlement Region other than the Yukon Territory as defined in the Inuvialuit Final Agreement; and
Western Arctic Region means that portion of the Inuvialuit Settlement Region other than the Yukon Territory; “wildlife” means all fauna in a wild state other than reindeer.
Western Arctic Region has the same meaning as set out in the IFA.
