Westell Companies means the Company, all of its direct and indirect subsidiary companies, and any of them.

  • Any methodologies, inventions, improvements, discoveries, processes, programs or systems developed or discovered by the Executive, whether during working hours or by using the Westell Companies' facilities, equipment or trade secrets, shall be the sole and exclusive property of the Operating Subsidiary.

  • Group Companies means the Company and its Subsidiaries.
