Black Hills agrees that if distribution voltage is not currently within 1320 feet of the proposed Well Pad, it will contact and provide the surface owner an opportunity at the surface owner’s cost to extend distribution voltage to within 1320 feet of the proposed Well Pad.
In those instances where an existing Well Pad is used for an Infill Well, Black Hills agrees to use reasonable efforts to minimize the expansion of the area of the existing Well Pad.
