Well Location definition

Well Location means each well location and the lands constituting the assumed spacing unit or approved governmental spacing unit associated with such well location, as set forth in Exhibit B.
Well Location means the surface location of a well.
Well Location or “Well Locations” means those drilling locations identified and described on Exhibit B.

More Definitions of Well Location

Well Location means the location of a proposed water well on an application duly filed until such application is granted or denied, or the location of a well on a valid permit.
Well Location means the Oil and Gas Property relating to each “PUD”, “PRB”, or “POS” listed on Schedule 2.8(a), and for purposes related to Title Defects such Oil and Gas Property shall be treated as if an oil and gas well had been drilled and completed on such Oil and Gas Property and was in existence as of the Execution Date.
Well Location means each well location and the assumed 640 acre spacing unit or governmental spacing unit associated with such well location, as set forth on Schedule 2.5.
