Weighting Factors definition

Weighting Factors means those weighting factors determined by the Administrator for any given measurement period and as revised from time to time by the Administrator pursuant to the Plan.
Weighting Factors. The combined total of all weighting factors totals 50 , exactly. The Class 1 water benefit is the most certain relative to the Class 2 water benefit. To participate in Class 2 water benefits, the Member also needs to be participating in Class 1 water benefits. The weighing factors, totaling 50%, are allocated as follows: Class 1: 40 %, applied to the amount of Class 1 water Members are using as their Phase 1 level of participation. Clas s 2 : 10% minus, applied to the amount of Class 2 water Project Agrement Members and Non-Member Participating Parties are using as their Phase 1 level of participation. Furthermore, to participate in Class 2 water benefits, the Member also needs to be participating in Class 1 water benefits. Weighting Factors means those weighting factors set forth on Schedule 1 hereto, as determined by the Administrator and as revised from time to time by the Administrator pursuant to the Plan.

Examples of Weighting Factors in a sentence

  • Any adjustment made under this Section to any Weighting Factors will be deemed to be an Ordinary Course Change.

  • The Province will have the right, on 90 days notice, but no more than twice in its fiscal year, to adjust, in its discretion, the Weighting Factors for the Measured Services under a SOW.

  • The parameters of the analysis (Priority Weighting Factors) can also be modified and reprioritized on the fly, as well as being able to prioritize the top ten streets needing reconstruction or major rehabilitation.

  • During the annual Service Level review conducted by the Parties Client shall have the right to: (i) change the Weighting Factors assigned to any Service Level and/or Critical Milestone; (ii) make adjustments to the Service Levels in accordance with Section 4.10.3; and (iii) for any new Service Levels and Critical Milestones that will be applicable during the upcoming Contract Year, establish Weighting Factors for each such Service Level and Critical Milestone.

  • Weighting factor wT for an organ or tissue (T) means the proportion of the risk of stochastic effects resulting from irradiation of that organ or tissue to the total risk of stochastic effects when the whole body is irradiated uniformly. For calculating the effective dose equivalent, the values of wT are:

  • Weighting with respect to an Underlying means the weighting in relation to the relevant Underlying as specified in the table in the definition of such Underlying.

  • Performance Factors means any of the factors selected by the Committee and specified in an Award Agreement, from among the following objective measures, either individually, alternatively or in any combination, applied to the Company as a whole or any business unit or Subsidiary, either individually, alternatively, or in any combination, on a GAAP or non-GAAP basis, and measured, to the extent applicable on an absolute basis or relative to a pre-established target, to determine whether the performance goals established by the Committee with respect to applicable Awards have been satisfied:

  • Performance Factor means any matter that could or will significantly affect a party’s ability to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement;

  • Multiplier means 1.0.

  • Performance Measure means one or more of the following selected by the Committee to measure Company, Affiliate, and/or business unit performance for a Performance Period, whether in absolute or relative terms (including, without limitation, terms relative to a peer group or index): basic, diluted, or adjusted earnings per share; sales or revenue; earnings before interest, taxes, and other adjustments (in total or on a per share basis); basic or adjusted net income; returns on equity, assets, capital, revenue or similar measure; economic value added; working capital; total shareholder return; and product development, product market share, research, licensing, litigation, human resources, information services, mergers, acquisitions, sales of assets of Affiliates or business units. Each such measure shall be, to the extent applicable, determined in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles as consistently applied by the Company (or such other standard applied by the Committee) and, if so determined by the Committee, and in the case of a Performance Compensation Award, to the extent permitted under Code Section 162(m), adjusted to omit the effects of extraordinary items, gain or loss on the disposal of a business segment, unusual or infrequently occurring events and transactions and cumulative effects of changes in accounting principles. Performance Measures may vary from Performance Period to Performance Period and from Participant to Participant, and may be established on a stand-alone basis, in tandem or in the alternative.

  • Sustainability Factors means environmental, social and employee matters, respect for human rights, anti‐corruption and anti‐bribery matters.

  • Relative TSR means the Company’s TSR relative to the TSR of the Peer Companies. Following the calculation of the TSR of the Company and each Peer Company for the Performance Period, the Company and each Peer Company will be ranked in order of maximum to minimum according to their respective TSR for the Performance Period. After this ranking, the percentile performance of the Company relative to the Peer Companies will be determined as follows:

  • Leverage Factor means the leverage factor in respect of a Series of ETP Securities as specified in the relevant Final Terms.

  • Technique factors means the following conditions of operation:

  • Load Factor means the percentage of aircraft seats actually occupied on a flight (RPMs divided by ASMs). “NMB” means the National Mediation Board.

  • Performance Measurement Period has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(e)(ii).

  • Stress Factor means 2.25.

  • Loss Factor means the scaling factor determined in accordance with clause 7 and applied by the reconciliation manager to volumes of electricity measured or estimated in respect of ICPs on the Network, in order to reflect the impact of the ICP on Losses within the Network;

  • RBC level means an insurer's company action level RBC, regulatory action level RBC, authorized control level RBC, or mandatory control level RBC where:

  • ROIC means the Company’s return on Invested Capital calculated as a percentage for the twelve month period ending on the last day of the Performance Period by dividing net operating profit after tax by Invested Capital. For the purposes of calculating ROIC under this Agreement, “net operating profit” shall be adjusted to exclude the impact of all restructuring, foreign exchange, impairments, legal settlements, employee separation costs, product liability charges, pension plan and SERP terminations and retroactive tax law changes to the extent such items were not contemplated and included in the Company’s 2013-2018 Strategic Plan, upon which the ROIC goals were based.

  • Class Factor As to any date of determination and any Class of Certificates (other than the Interest Only Classes and the Residual Certificates), a fraction the numerator of which is (i) the aggregate of the denominations of all Certificates of such Class plus, in the case of each Accrual Class, all interest that has accrued on the Certificates of such Class prior to such date of determination and been added to the Class Balance thereof, less (ii) the aggregate amount of all Principal Distribution Amounts, if any, allocable thereto prior to such date of determination and the denominator of which is the original Class Balance of such Class. As to any date of determination and any Interest Only Class, a fraction, the numerator of which is the percentage of the balance specified for such purpose under “Reference Sheet–Notional Classes” in the Prospectus Supplement (or, if applicable, the sum of the applicable percentages of the balances so specified) and the denominator of which is the original Class Balance thereof. Code: The Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, including any successor or amendatory provisions.

  • Performance Measures means measures as described in Article 12 on which the performance goals are based and which are approved by the Company’s shareholders pursuant to this Plan in order to qualify Awards as Performance-Based Compensation.

  • Performance Targets means the specific objective goal or goals (which may be cumulative and/or alternative) that are timely set in writing by the Committee for each Executive for the Performance Period in respect of any one or more of the Business Criteria.

  • Target Bonus Percentage means, with respect to any Executive, the target bonus percentage specified for such Executive in his or her Employment Agreement.

  • Performance Metrics means criteria established by the Administrator relating to any of the following, as it may apply to an individual, one or more business units, divisions, or Affiliates, or on a company-wide basis, and in absolute terms, relative to a base period, or relative to the performance of one or more comparable companies, peer groups, or an index covering multiple companies:

  • Base Level means the level of the Index (excluding any flash estimates) published or announced by Eurostat (or any successor entity which publishes such index) in respect of the month which is 12 calendar months prior to the month for which the Substitute Index Level is being determined;

  • Integration Level means the Social Security taxable wage base for the Plan Year, unless the Employer elects a lesser amount in (i) or (ii) below.

  • Fit factor means a quantitative estimate of the fit of a particular respirator to a specific individual, and typically estimates the ratio of the concentration of a substance in ambient air to its concentration inside the respirator when worn.

  • Net weight means the weight of the goods themselves without packing materials and packing containers of any kind;

  • Adjusted EPS means earnings per share further adjusted for share-based payments, amortization of acquired intangible assets, items outside the normal scope of our ordinary activities (including other items, within selling, general and administrative expenses, losses/(gains) on items held at fair value and remeasurements through profit and loss, impairment losses on tangible assets, and impairment losses on intangible assets) and the related tax effects of these adjustments. Adjusted EPS provides a basis for comparison of our business operations between current, past and future periods by excluding items that we do not believe are indicative of our core operating performance. Adjusted EPS may not be comparable to other similarly titled metrics of other companies.
