Weighted Average Sales Price means the average sales price calculated by [*], where applicable.

Weighted Average Sales Price for Residue Gas means the price obtained each Month by dividing the market sales proceeds obtained under arms-length transactions with unaffiliated third parties without marketing fees at the various Delivery Points by the total MMBtu quantities of Residue Gas owned or controlled by Buyer and sold at the various Delivery Points.
Weighted Average Sales Price has the meaning set forth in Section 5.6.
Weighted Average Sales Price or “WASP” means, for each applicable Near Market Point, a price per MMBtu for each Month equal to (i) Gas Proceeds for such Month, less Transportation Costs for such Month, divided by (ii) the total number of first of Month baseload MMBtus of Gas sold at such Near Market Point during such Month.
Weighted Average Sales Price means, for the twenty trading day period ending on third trading day prior to the Effective Times, the average (rounded to the nearest 1/10,000) of the volume weighted averages (rounded to the nearest 1/10,000) of the trading prices of NEXTLINK Common Stock on Nasdaq for each day during such period, as reported by Bloomberg, L.P. Weighted Average Sales Price means Seller's quantity weighted average net ethylene final transaction price for sales to third parties for a calendar quarter. Sales included in the averages include all contract and spot transactions of Seller (including prices designated "export support" and prices net of special concessions such as absorption by Seller of Superfund or other governmental assessments on ethylene production where it is contrary to industry practice for Seller to absorb such costs), whether based on monthly negotiations, formula or publication reference pricing, or whether based on the price equivalent of tolls to produce ethylene.
Weighted Average Sales Price means the average sales price Buyer receives per MMBtu for like quality gas at the tailgate of Buyer’s processing facilities and the inlet of the Oasis or El Paso pipelines.
