Weighted Average Life Test definition

Weighted Average Life Test means a test that is satisfied at any such time if the Weighted Average Life as calculated on the date of determination is less than or equal to 5.5 years.

Weighted Average Life Test means, as of any date of determination, that the Weighted Average Life of all Eligible Loan Assets is equal to or less than 6.0 years.
