Weighted Average APR definition

Weighted Average APR means, as of any date of determination with respect to all Eligible Contracts that are Fixed Rate Contracts included in the Borrower Collateral, the number obtained by (i) summing the products obtained by multiplying (a) the APR of such Eligible Contract by (b) the Principal Balance of such Eligible Contract and (ii) dividing such sum by the Aggregate Outstanding Principal Balance of all Eligible Contracts included in the Borrower Collateral on such date.
Weighted Average APR. With respect to any Eligible Receivables at any time, an amount equal to the weighted average (weighted solely based on the Outstanding Receivable Balance of such Receivables at such time) of the interest rates set forth in the Contracts related to such Receivables.

Weighted Average APR means, with respect to any date of determination, the weighted average of the APRs of the Eligible Contracts, weighted on the basis of the Principal Balance of the Eligible Contracts as of the related Accounting Date.
