Weight Watchers means Weight Watchers International, Inc.
Weight Watchers or “respondent”), marketers of the Weight Watchers Weight Loss Program. The Weight Watchers Weight Loss Program is offered to the public nationwide through company-owned and franchised weight loss centers. The proposed consent order has been placed on the public record for sixty (60) days for the reception of comments by interested persons. Weight Watchers insurance policy will name Heinz and its Sublicensees specified by Heinz as additional insureds. Heinz' insurance policy will name Weight Watchers and Weight Watchers Affiliates and Sublicensees specified by Weight Watchers as additional insureds. A copy of each parties' current policy will be available to the other party upon request. Heinz acknowledges that $10,000,000 of coverage is adequate for purposes of this provision.
