Weekly Rate Period definition

Weekly Rate Period means any period of time during which a Group of 2020 Series D Variable Rate Bonds bears interest at the Weekly Rate.
Weekly Rate Period means any period during which the Bonds bear interest at a Weekly Rate; the first such period shall commence on the effective date of a Change in the Interest Rate Mode to a Weekly Rate and shall extend through the day immediately preceding the earlier of (a) the effective date of a successive Change in the Interest Rate Mode or (b) the Stated Maturity.
Weekly Rate Period means each period during which Bonds bear interest at Weekly Rates.

  • During any Daily Rate Period or Weekly Rate Period, the Series 2014_ Bonds are subject to redemption, at the direction of the Board, in whole or in part on any Business Day at a redemption price equal to the principal amount of the Series 2014_ Bonds to be redeemed plus accrued interest thereon to, but not including, the redemption date.

  • The Remarketing Agent will not be entitled to compensation for any period after conversion of the interest rate mode on the Bonds to other than a Daily Rate Period or Weekly Rate Period, or following termination of this Agreement (whichever is earlier) except for a pro rata portion of the fee in respect of the quarter in which such conversion or termination occurs.

More Definitions of Weekly Rate Period

Weekly Rate Period means the period beginning on, and including, the Conversion Date to the Weekly Rate, and ending on, and including, the next Tuesday, and thereafter the period beginning on, and including, each Wednesday and ending on, and including, the earliest of the next Tuesday, the day preceding the Conversion to a different Interest Rate Mode or the maturity of the Bonds.
Weekly Rate Period means each period during a Weekly Rate Mode from and commencing on a Thursday and ending on the next succeeding Wednesday; provided, however, that if a Weekly Rate Mode shall end on a day other than a Wednesday, the last Weekly Rate Period during such Weekly Rate Mode shall end on the last day of such Weekly Rate Mode; provided, further, that the first Weekly Rate Period during a Weekly Rate Mode shall be the period from and commencing on the first day of such Weekly Rate Mode and ending on the next succeeding Wednesday.
